Return Policy

Unopened Products: We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@nyaelcosmetics.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can facilitate a replacement.
Final Sale: Used or opened products are final sale for safety and hygiene reasons.
